Can't edit or find a playlist I made

My Question or Issue

Yesterday, I created a new playlist. I attempted to make it private, but because I wasn't connected to wifi/data, I got an error message saying that this wasn't possible.

Today, when I tried to open the playlist, it displayed a message telling me that I couldn't access it because the playlist was private. It then seems to have disappeared from my library (although I don't know for sure). I have attempted to recover it via the "recover deleted playlists" page, but it tells me that I haven't deleted any playlists.

Is there any way to recover and gain access to this playlist?

(In addition - I'm experiencing the battery drain issue, and the app has started crashing frequently).

Just to confirm, are you also unable to find this playlist when you log in to your account using a different device?
