My Question or Issue

My Spotify will play every single song except “Our Song” by Niall Horan and Anne-Marie. I’ve been trying to play it since it released on Friday, but I can’t get anything to work. If I click on the song, nothing happens. If I’m playing a song and then click on it, the current song stops but the new song will not play. This happens on both the mobile app and the Mac application. I reached out on Twitter and got mediocre help (mainly avoiding my questions, while assuring me that they “appreciate my feedback!”) They suggested I delete my account and start over, but I don’t want to lose all of the curated playlists. This seems like a drastic fix over one song. Surely there’s a way to fix this bug, either on my end or Spotify’s end?

Do you get the same error when trying to play it on a different device, or on the web player

 

Please try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app and let me know if it works. In case it's a device issue, a clean reinstall should do the trick. You don't need to erase your account and start all over again for now.
