My Question or Issue

I'm unable to play individual songs from my library, I can only play by shuffling or adding to queue. 

 

I've tried clearing my cache numerous times, logged out, deleted the app etc.

 

This is beyond infuriating, it does the same if I play an album I don't have saved or anywhere else. The only way I can play music is by pressing the play button at the top, as I'm unable to choose a song to play. I'm a premium user so this shouldn't be an issue.

Is it possible that you have multiple accounts and you're logging in to a free one? I recommend checking out this article for more info on how to double-check this and potentially locate your Premium account.

 

If the issue persists on the Premium account, check if connecting to a different Wifi network / switching to mobile data does the trick. You can ask a friend or a relative to create a hotspot from their device for you to connect to.
