Can’t play full album

Can’t play full album

Hi, 

 

I was trying to listen to a new album that came out today, I opened the album and pressed play on the first song. After the song was over, a random song started playing instead of going to the second track. This hasn’t happened to me before? Was this part of a new update? Change it back!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

When you listen to an album, it should play all the tracks in order, instead of jumping to a different song. First, make sure the Shuffle button is not active on the Now playing view.

 

If not, double-check if the link you opened was from the album, and not a single or EP that only contains that song. It's also worth turning off the Autoplay feature in case the app was suggesting similar songs.

 

In case the issue persists, include in your next response the URI of the album you're trying to listen to have a better look at the issue, along with your device information (make, model, OS version) and the Spotify version you're currently running.
