Can’t play higher love -kygo

My Question or Issue

I can’t play higher love -Kygo mix on any of the platforms I am using. It is in my library and the text is all in white not gray but when I try to play it nothing happens

Tried in both android and apple apps. Same problem when playing online in
chrome too. Reinstall did not help.
(it plays on my wifes phone/laptop and we share a family account)

Just to get more information about the issue you're experiencing, could you send a screenshot showing how it appears on your side?

And is this happening when you try to play from an specific playlist or from the Search field?

Also, do you remember doing something different before this happened, like give access for a third-party app or service, downgrade the app or use a no-official player?
