Can't see tracks in my playlist [Android]

Can't see tracks in my playlist [Android]

I have a free plan (canceled my premium today) and after that I cannot see any tracks in my or other playlists. I tried to update, delete and install app again. I tried to log out several times. I tried to clean casche. Nothing seems to help.

Hey there @Kobilok18,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

This is indeed odd. For starters, we recommend you check if you've logged in to the right account. If you accidentally sign in to a new account, that might explain why you cannot see the content you've saved to your library.

We suggest you check the details of the account you've opened on the app. From a mobile phone, you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Go to Settings and privacy
  3. At the top, tap Account. There you can find your username and the email linked to your account (if any).

If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

You can also follow the steps in this article to find out if you have more than one account.

Keep us in the loop!
