Can't sync local files from PC to iPhone

My Question or Issue

Hello, I'm trying to sync the music I made to my iPhone but I can't. I already did all of the help I could find on the internet and Spotify Community, but I guess I'm missing the option, as you can see on my Screenshot I only have this sentence : 
"Add tracks from this device to Your Library" I don't have the one that says that if I connect to the same network it will sync. 

What's the matter here ? My app is up to date.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you check this thread for a description of the new tweaks we've implemented on the Local Files functionality? Users there have reported similar experience.

The main line is that the files must be on your iPhone in order for them to be playable via Spotify.
