Cannot access downloaded liked songs from library. Difficult to get support

My Question or Issue

After downloading my liked songs before driving to work, the app doesn't load my downloaded songs when I navigate to the playlist from "Library". This happens once in a while when I am not connected to the internet.

Also, getting support or giving feedback is time consuming and difficult. Ask users to login if it's necessary before writing a post. Captcha wasn't working for a long while for some reason on mobile firefox. Weird loop on firefox for page https://community.spotify.com/t5/forums/postpage after logging in.

If the Liked songs you downloaded for offline listening are not showing, you might need to get the latest version of the Spotify app. To do this, try performing a clean reinstall of the app. This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

In case the clean reinstall doesn't do the trick, and if you're using an SD card, try downloading the music on your phone's internal storage and see how it works. If the internal storage works fine, we suggest you format the SD card. 

About the issues you had with the Community, we suggest you clear the cookies and cache from your browser, as they might cause trouble.
