My Question or Issue

I have a new device but I cannot download music because I apparently reached the cap of devices which can download music on, so it says I need to remove all downloads from other devices, I did exactly that and logged out and deleted the app, but still I can’t download music on my new device.

Hey @Martine5, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Typically after you remove the downloaded device, it should allow you to download music on the new one to replace it. In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help removing the other device remotely.
