Everytime I try to shuffle my liked songs it says I've discovered a premium feature!

As a first step, we'd recommend checking out this support page article and making sure you're logged in the correct Premium account. If you're still experiencing the issue, please let us know if this happens with all your playlists or just your Liked songs.

Yes, I am properly logged in. Shuffle works on my playlists.
If I switch to car mode, it shuffles my liked songs fine but only in the regular app for the android am I having issues.

Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.
In this case, we'd suggest logging out and logging in twice in a row onto your Spotify account; this way the system will force a resync of your account. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the exact Spotify version you have running on your device?
Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details. It'd be really helpful is you could send us a screenshot of said behavior as well.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I've attached the version of Spotify I have and what happens when I try to push the shuffle button on my liked Playlist. I don't exactly remember when it happened but it's been ongoing for a couple months.

From the screenshot I can see that you have Enhance enabled on the playlist and with the added songs, your song count exceeds 10,000. Once this happens the app can start misbehaving and certain features stop working.
I'd suggest moving a few hundred songs to another playlist so you get them under the 10,000 mark. Let us know if Shuffle starts working after that.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
No, I am still getting a grayed out shuffle button. The Playlist is down to 8802. If I switch to car mode, I can shuffle just fine.
