Cannot sort created playlist

I created a new playlist but this time it says it was created by me AND Spotify... I can't sort the playlist at all. None of my other playlists are like this. I checked my subscription and my premium is still active.

How do I make this playlist like the rest of my created playlists?

Yes I'm also having this problem it's extremely annoying

I figured it out, tap the shuffle icon. 

There's a special shuffle mode or something but for some dumb reason it disables the sorting and search stuff.

It really really shouldn't do that.
