[Community][Developer] Spotify asks us to advise solutions; doesn't implement

Every time I've had an issue with Spotify, all they do is refer me to this community where everyone's crying about the same thing. If we all clearly have the same issues then why haven't y'all fixed it yet. 

 

One step forward on sorting by genre, two steps back by taking away sort by artist.

Sorry to hear you're having constant issues with the app, the Community will be happy to help you. However, we'd like to know what's happening. 

 

Could you give us more insights about the issues you're presenting? If possible, send us some screenshots or a video to take a better look.

 

Also, let us know the make, model, OS version and Spotify app version you're running. 

 

We'll be on the lookout.
