AI Playlist is a Beta feature that isn't fully launched globally yet. This means, some users may have access to it, but others don't. Currently, this new feature is only available in a few countries, like Australia and USA, for a small group of users. 

For now, the most recommendable is keeping your app up-to-date to get any future updates with new features!
