“Daylist” always shows the wrong time in title.

“Daylist” always shows the wrong time in title.

My daylist shows “early morning” while it’s already evening in my time zone.
The daylist title time always offsets with my local time.

I live in China in the time zone of utc+8.

All my devices on any platform have this issue.

This behavior is indeed not expected. Is your account by any chance registered in a different country? If yes, that might be the reason for the discrepancy.

Yes, my account was registered in the US, but I think Spotify should use my local time zone to determine the Daylist title when I’m abroad.

Currently, this is expected behavior since the app shows the info based on the country registered in your account rather than your location.

I am also having this issue and I am registered in another country. However, daylist was previously timed correctly, and sometime in the last week, the timing got off. is there any other explanation? what impact does changing my country have?

 

I’m having the same issue, I’m not sure about changing my country setting because I don’t know what impact it has on my playlist suggestions.

My daylist is always the wrong time too! Why not just use the local time on the computer?

Hello, I also am having this problem. I registered in Europe, but used a US card for payment (with US billing address). I would very much like to be able to change the time the daylist pullls from as I bounce back between Europe and US frequently.
