I don't know how to remove old devices so now I have a device limit on my downloads. How can I fix that?

Hey there @Aslqnjade,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

With Spotify Premium you can only download music on up to 5 devices. If you're unable to download, it means you've reached that limit. No worries, open Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings > Storage. Or you can manually remove the downloads by going to Your Library > Select the filter "Downloaded'' > Go to the playlist you want to remove > Select the green arrow > Remove. You can read more about the offline content here.

If you have any issues doing that, you can contact our Support team and they'll help you check.

If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
