Did anybody ever figured out a way to store user-specific metadata on a track?

Did anybody ever figured out a way to store user-specific metadata on a track?

I would like to be able to organize my music by speed (beats per minute) and rhythmic complexity because I use it to practice my dancing, and different drills call for different music.

Is there an app that does that?

I would be content if I can automatically rebuild my playlists on-demand when I make changes. E.g. I say "sort my SALSA music into 9 buckets: slow/moderate/fast x simple/moderate/complicated" and have 9 playlists generated with given/updated definition of slow/moderate/fast ranges and use metadata for complexity.
