Did custom ordering go away? My playlists are suddenly sorted by recent and I can't fix it

I opened the app and noticed my playlists are not in the order I put them in. They're sorted by "recents" and I no longer have the ability to rearrange them, the only sort options are alphabetical/creator/recents/recently played.

Why the heII would they get rid of this?
