Downgraded to Free Plan — Unable to Edit My Playlists

Downgraded to Free Plan — Unable to Edit My Playlists

Operating System- iOS 


I just downgraded my premium plan to the free plan and now I’m unable to see the songs under my playlists (on mobile) nor edit/rearrange the songs under the playlists (both mobile and tablet/desktop). I can add and delete songs but nothing else. I haven’t changed any of my settings.

Could you restart your devices, log out and then log back in to check if that changes anything?

 

It's also a good idea to try with another network to see if that makes a difference.

 

In case there are no changes, could you send us a video recording? We'll look into this further.
