My Question or Issue

I have a few local files from my windows machine downloaded to my phone. They show as downloaded (green arrow) but are apparently unavailable, as they are greyed out and I cannot select them to play. Whenever I try to play them remotely from my computer, I get a notification that states that my songs aren't downloaded, and that I should sync my devices.

Thanks for posting in the Community!
In case your files aren't syncing, we'd recommend logging out & back in two times in a row. That should force a sync of your tracks.
In case that doesn't help, you can check this Guide for a complete clean reinstall of the app.
If the issue persists afterwards, your cached data on Spotify's end is going to be the most likely cause.
If that's the case, Support can reset it for you. Only keep in mind that your currently downloaded tracks will have to be redownloaded afterwards.
Your playlists & online content will remain unchanged.
