Empty playlists on mobile app after reinstalling Spotify on mobile device

After performing a restore of factory settings on my mobile device, my playlists on my mobile app are empty. They are not empty on the webbrowser app. 

I already did a clean reinstall, including removal of the com.spotify.music folder.

 

What can I do to get the content back of my playlists on my mobile app?

We can confirm that our tech team is currently looking into this, so make sure to add your vote to the Ongoing Issue here by clicking on the Thumbs up icon, if you haven't already. Also, make sure to provide us with the info we're asking for in the Status update in the comments.
