Enhance button no longer available on mac desktop app

Hi! I can't seem to find the enhance button on my desktop Spotify app in my playlists. I used to be able to use it and find songs but it's completely disappeared. I still have the option to do it on my phone but the enhanced songs don't show up on my desktop spotify app.

We can confirm that enhance button isn't available in the desktop app. We're always testing things by adding or removing features to make Spotify better overall and we’re constantly aiming to improve our features. We’re sorry that this means you’re not able to use Spotify like you wish to do at the moment.

The button may not exist on desktop but the feature does. Spotify is automatically enhancing my playlists that are specifically curated for my bar with music that doesn't fit the bar or the playlist vibe and I have no way to turn it off!

You should be able to switch off Enhance on those playlists from the mobile app.

Frustrating to have it only on mobile. Especially given it was working on desktop before.

Hello, I was also surprised to see the enhance button no longer available on the desktop app.

However, Spotify might have added this feature in the shuffle option. Apparently, there are two available ways of shuffling a playlist; the regular shuffle or the smart shuffle, or which we could also refer to as the "enhanced" shuffle.

Pressing the shuffle button once gives the regular shuffle, while pressing it twice enables the smart shuffle.

Before I discovered this feature, there was a popup that, well, pops up whenever I press the shuffle. I can't seem to make it appear again.
