My Question or Issue

Hello, 

When I reactivated my premium account which just expired, my entire Library (playlist, abonnés, abonnements…) disapeared, it’s all empty like a new account. 
How can I restaure my library ?

Hi @CamilleRcdx,

 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

It's possible that you have multiple accounts and you accidentally logged in to a Free one. You'll find more info on how to locate your Premium account in this article.

 

In case you're certain you're logged in to the correct account, try logging in to another device (a friend's or a relative's would do) or in the Web Player to see if the issue persists there. A couple of screenshots which capture how things look on your end would also be greatly appreciated.
