My Question or Issue

Hola.

 

Comencé a pagar Premium Duo pero no aparece la lista de reproducción Duo Mix y, en la sección de Tu Duo Mix de mi cuenta, aparece este mensaje: "Se produjo un error técnico. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde." Lo he intentado durante varios días seguidos.

 

Quisiera saber cómo puedo activar el Duo Mix. Adjunto un pantallazo del mensaje al que me refiero.

Please make sure to check out this Premium Duo help page which contains all necessary info on the plan and the Duo mix.

Welcome to the Community!

 

If you're having difficulties accessing the Family or Duo Mix, we'd first of recommend trying on a different device or an incognito window on your browser. If that doesn't do the trick, it'd be great if you could use a different network or try again after 24 to 48 hours.

 

You can also join the Mix through the mobile app by tapping icon_options AND.png (Android) / icon_options iOS.png (iPhone) and then selecting Join Duo/Family Mix.

 

If the issues persist, let us know the following details and we'll pass it on to the right folks to look into this:

  • Your Country
  • Exact steps you take that lead to the error message
  • The exact error you're getting
  • Can we ask for a video showing the issue

Hello

 

The option simply does not appear in the Android application.

 

Using latest desktop Google Chrome in an incognito session.

After logging in and visiting https://www.spotify.com/fr/account/duo/  I see the following error message:

 

"Nous rencontrons des problèmes techniques. Merci de réessayer plus tard."

This sounds like an ongoing issue we are currently looking into. We recommend, you head here and follow the instructions under the Status Update. Make sure to add your +VOTE and subscribe in order to be notified if there are any updates.

Mismo error! "Se produjo un error técnico. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde."

Same error here, but only for my girlfriend. With my account i can join the duo mix, but her is stuck with the "Technical error message".

still happening, very frustrating.

Apparently spotify just decided they won't solve this problem.

The problem has not been fixed for two years.
The problem still exists.
Will anyone ever fix the family mix feature after changing the family?
I can't understand how spotify just doesn't care about this.

This issue has been reported to the right folks at Spotify. You can have a look at the discussion here

 

We don't have official info on whether this issue will be fixed and when. Nevertheless, we recommend keeping your app up to date, as this might be improved in a future release.

The application has nothing to do with it because the error occurs even at https://www.spotify.com/pl/account/family/
