Recently I have noticed that some of the playlist total run times have been off by about 15 minutes.  Some have been correct at 2hrs but many are clocked at 1hr 45 minutes.  Also as of today, file folders have gotten errors in the titles such as "Word+word" instead of "Word word" or "Word%3A+word" instead of "Word: word".  These issues don't come up on the downloaded app version on my computer, just on the web page version.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

These types of cases, when the Web Player is not working properly are usually related to some damaged cache stored on your browser. First, we'd recommend deleting all your browser's cache and trying again in an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference.

 

Also, if the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different internet browser to see if the issue persists? This will give us a better look at the issue.
