When I click on a song, it plays just a part of it. What should I do to make play it?

If you have a free account, it's possible that you're listening to a preview of the track. Keep in mind that with a free account, you cannot pick and play songs from a playlist, but you can listen to them in shuffle mode to play the full song. In this case, we'd recommend using the Play button in the playlist you want to start a shuffle playing.

In case you have a Premium subscription, this could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
