Not even getting an option for download

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? Also, have you followed these steps to download your content? 

On another note, we'd like to know what exactly happens when you try to download your tunes. Can you not see the download option at all or you can tap/click on it and nothing happens? Sending us a screenshot or a short screen recording would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image/video option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Lastly, if you haven't tried yet, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app on your affected devices to see if that makes the difference.
