Everytime I try to change my playlist Icon it won't change can someone help

Whenever i try to change my spotify playlist Icon it won't change it's been stuck on the same one for 2 weeks I tried clearing cache like Google said but it won't work, is it the spotify app or my phone lagging? I'm honestly not sure can someone plz help me
