Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
 

That being said, we suggest you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.

 

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected device.
  • The exact Spotify version you're running.
  • Does this happen when trying to queue some specific content? If yes, send us the link to it.
  • Does this happen if you open a different account on the affected device? You can ask for the account of a relative or a friend to open their account and check.
