Generate a csv file listing podcast episode titles, descriptions, dates, and time lengths

Hello, I subscribe to a podcast with 300+ episodes. I would like to generate a file (e.g. a csv file) that contains all podcast episode titles, descriptions, dates of publication, and time lengths. Having this information in an easily accessible list would allow me to quickly scan through, search keywords, and identify particular episodes I would like to listen to. I could also add any of my own notes to each listed entry in the file. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

I believe the answer is to do this through the Web API explained on the Spotify for Developers website, currently working on figuring this out with a combination of YouTube videos and the Spotify for Developers documentation.
