My Question or Issue
So for the last 3 years or so I have been having song after song after song greyed out and I do not no why, not to mention I have listened to the song before. What bothers me is that my friends and family members listen to these songs, I even created an alt account and it can play these songs so I do not know why I can't. I have tried getting this issue resolved in the past but was unsuccessful. I have attached some screenshots of the issue. please help

I have experienced the same over the years I've used Spotify.
As far as I can tell, what is happening is that Spotify is continually updating and changing their available music library. Sometimes an album that was on Spotify is now no longer available and therefore the songs from that album in my playlists are greyed out and cannot be played. You can often find the same song from the same artist on a different album or on a compilation somewhere.

The first thing we'd like to do is narrow down this issue.
Is this happening with specific songs, or are they random? If they're specific, please send us the URI code of some of them.
Also, in the screenshots we can see those songs are in a playlist. If you go to the artist profile are you able to see those songs, or are they still greyed out?

I believe it is both random and specific, however a development has happened, the song has duplicated and I can play the previously greyed out one on my computer, but not my phone, I cannot get the URI code

Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
It's great to know you're able to play those songs in the desktop app.
To continue, please perform a clean reinstall of the mobile app. This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
Also, please don't forget to tell us if you're able to play the songs if you go directly to the artist profile.
Lastly, let us know if you're having issues or getting any error trying to get the URI, this information will be very useful for us.

I did a normal reinstall and that did the trick
I am not able to play the songs from the artists playlists
it does not give my an option for the URI as seen in the screenshots, I do not know if that is user error tho

You can copy the URI link by selecting "Copy Song Link" after you click on the 3 dot menu next to the song title.
Just to make sure, in which device aren't you able to play those songs, in the desktop or mobile app?
