My Question or Issue

Hi, since weeks I have the SAME "heavy rotation" collection as the second item of the home page (after "recently played" section, so in the middle of the screen).

I have listened to many songs and playlist on it only once, WEEKS ago. wth is happening? I, of course, listening to other music in the meanwhile.

And yes, I tried to clear the cache / change device / whatever.

Edit: I use a very strong password (>24 characters) and I logged out from all devices multiple times. I even changed the password. I am 100% sure that nobody is lurking in my account.

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community.

 

For us to be able to look into this, it'd be great if you'd let us know the following additional info:

  • Device(s)
  • Exact version of the operating system
  • Exact version of Spotify
  • Do you have an SD card?
  • Does it happen on WiFi or 3G/4G? Home or work network?
  • Do you use any cache-clearing apps?
  • A screenshot of your Recently Played shelf in Home as well as of the Recently Played tab under Your Library while using the Desktop app (you can always download it here).

We'll look out for your reply!

Thanks for providing us with that info.

 

Can you confirm that you're seeing the same selection of music in the 'Your heavy rotation' shelf under the Home tab across all of your devices? If you're able to provide us with some screenshots showing this, that would be great.
