Hello, today I had a problem with the app, It won't let me play music

Hello, today I had a problem with the app, It won't let me play music

It doesn't load any playlist, not even the one I like, when I search for a song and press play, it tells me "you have discovered a premium function" and it doesn't play the song, I need help please

Hey there!

 

It looks to me like you're logged in to a different account on the free tier.
It would explain both why your playlists are missing and why you're getting the Premium notification.

In case you're still logged in on a different device, you can see your account details via the app Settings. If not I'd check this FAQ article for further tips on how to locate an account 🙂
Note that you may have used an alternative login method, such as Facebook or Google as well.
