How do I get my playlists to work again?

How do I get my playlists to work again?

So two days ago I was added to my family's Spotify plan and everything was fine at first but yesterday, I realized that I can't access ANY(saved or not) playlist other than my liked songs. I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting it,  I even restarted my whole phone just to get access to my playlists. It's really annoying that everytime I try to go to my playlists the screen just goes blank. My connection is fine as well, but I'm out of ideas now . What do y'all think I should do?

Hey @Dee_de3,

 

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the app! You've mentioned you've tried a reinstall already, but I'd recommend following these steps for a complete clean reinstall to ensure there's no leftover files that might have gotten corrupted in some way. If you're using an SD card for storage, you can also try moving the app or taking the card out and installing the app after.

 

In case the issue remains, we'd like to know if it persists on one single device or across multiple devices/ platforms and we'd like to ask you for a screenshot of what your playlists look like when you open them. In addition to this, please let us know the following details:

  • Your affected device's make & model
  • Its OS version
  • Your Spotify app version
