How to make the local Files available for public?
I've read previous comments on making it a feature down the line. Has Spotify figured out a way to accommodate this?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Currently Local files can only be played on your personal devices where they can be physically downloaded - Desktop/ Mobile. 

Due to copyright restrictions it is very unlikely that Spotify will ever make local files shareable with multiple users.
