My Question or Issue

MY MACBOOK PRO DESKTOP APP IS NOT SYNCING WITH MY PHONE OR WEB APP - MY DESKTOP HAS HALF THE ALBUMS SAVED THAN THE PHONE OR WEB - I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND LOGGED OUT - AND STILL NOTHING - I'VE ALSO NOTICED FOR THE LAST WEEK OR SO - IF I LIKE SOMETHING ON MY DESKTOP IT DOES NOTHING - I HAVE TO GO LIKE IT ON MY PHONE FOR IT TO WORK - I'M GOING INSANE - HELP ME

First up, we suggest that you double-check if you're logging in to the same account on both devices since if you can't see the same content on them, it's possible that you're seeing two different accounts. To check if you have more than one account on Spotify, make sure to follow these specific steps. If you have more than one account, we suggest closing the other one to avoid any mix ups in the future. 

If that's not the case and you're sure you're logged into the same account across devices, we suggest that you give another internet connection a go to see if the same happens. You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that. 

If the app behaves the same way while using different networks, could you let us know if you're using any VPNs? If so, make sure to turn it off since it can affect the app's performance.
