I can still see a deleted playlsit.

My Question or Issue - The playlist was made in early 2023 and deleted mid 2023. It was a collab playlist with a friend. We barely used it so I decided to remove them from the playlist and deleted the playlist altogether as well. I like to delete playlists when they have no use to clear some clutter lol. For some reason, I can still find the playlist by clicking on the link but I cannot find it at all under "recover playlists" or my account. It also says “1 save”. How can that be when the playlist is deleted? Is this whole thing a bug?

Could you try deleting it again from the desktop app? Note that sometimes it can take a bit longer than usual for it to be removed from all the places in-app.

You can also try to perform a clean install of the Spotify app which tends to fix such issues easily. Check out this article for more: Clean Installing the Spotify App.

As you keep listening to other content it will use your listening activity to update these suggestions.
