all my music has disappeared

all my music has disappeared

Recently I faced such a problem that when I changed the region through VPN, because in my country there is no Canvas, all the music on the mobile device disappeared, but on the PC everything works fine, also I tried to log in to another account on the mobile device, and there all the tracks were available, so the problem I can say with certainty in the account itself, can it be fixed somehow?

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we're positive you haven't lost anything and we'll gladly help you enjoy your music properly.

 

Firstly, VPNs cause far more issues than they solve for Spotify and often just interfere with proper server communication, so we strongly recommend against using it. If the issue persists without a VPN, consider performing a clean reinstall and then making sure you log in with the correct credentials. Consider checking these steps to that end too.
