My Question or Issue

I have recently encountered an issue when trying to choose specific songs at the bottom of my created playlists. When I scroll to the very bottom of the playlists and try to choose a song, nothing happens when I click which one I want, it’s almost like the screen is frozen. However I have no issue with picking whatever song from the top of my playlists, can you help please?

Hey @ojhopwood16,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

When the app is not working at its full performance, it could have some residual cache causing the issue. We'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any residual cache.

If the issue persists, could you check if it happens in another device or in the Web Player? This will give us a better look to help you further.

We'll be on the lookout for your next response.

hello, is your app up to date if not please update the app. and tell me what update version your on. also you could try doing a hard reset on your phone you can do this by pressing the volume up and then pressing the volume down then hold the power button down till the screen goes blank then let your phone reboot as it will do this by itself thanks. if you can't get your phone to restart then i would be happy to give you a video from youtube on how to this or you can look it up yourself
