My Question or Issue

Hi,

for over a week now I can’t click on songs in one of my downloaded playlists? I have over 3000 songs in the playlist and this has never been a issue before. I have other downloaded playlists and I can click on songs in them. The only way I can listen to music from that playlist is if I put it in the queue or press the shuffle button. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and when the playlist isn’t downloaded I can click on the songs individually. I even cleared all the data and emptied the cache. When I began to downloaded the playlist again, I could click on the songs so I thought the issue had been resolved, but it had finished downloading and I can’t click on any of the songs again, so I don’t know what the issue is? It can’t be the number of

songs in the playlist as this has never been a problem before. Any help will be appreciated, i just want to listen to my music!!

Hey @katielouise07,

Thanks for posting here about this!

It's possible that there's a slight hiccup with your device's offline cache. You've mentioned reinstalling the app and clearing the cache and data separately but if you haven't already, we'd suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps in this Spotify Answer instead. This usually helps with issues like this.

If that doesn't do the trick, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of how things look for you so we can take a closer look - just make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed.

Let us know how that goes! We'll be right here if you need more help.

Take care!
