I can't listen to more than one track from an album or playlist

My Question or Issue

Hello, I have a problem whatever the support (macOS, iOS, Apple TV), every time I launch a song from an album, after the first music Spotify launches a playlist of mine that I do not want to listen since I want to listen to the album !

same with playlists

I've deactivated shuffle and it doesn't make any difference

does anyone know how I can listen to an album or a playlist from the first to the last track without spotify deciding to launch music I already know since they're in my playlist?

It's possible that there are some leftover tracks in the queue, so can you double-check and remove them if necessary? You can follow the steps here. Clearing your cache is also a good idea. 

If the issue persists afterwards, it'd be great if you can share a screen recording so that we can have a closer look. If the file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video.

I have a similar problem. Random playback turns on automatically: just wait a moment and it switches to shuffle playback literally before my eyes. The content of the queue does not correspond to what is currently playing from the speakers. From a technical point of view, Spotify is one big mess.
