I can't make my Private Album to be Public

I can't make my Private Album to be Public

So, I made a Public Album together with a friend on Spotify, and then I changed it to Private Album to see if she could still see it or not, when I changed it back to Public Album, it won't show up as Public, but it's written the album had been made Public and my other Spotify friends cannot see it until now. Could anyone help me with this? I don't want to make the album all over again.

Hi @Veriel!

 

If a playlist is set to public, everyone you share it with should be able to open it and view its contents. Do you mean that the playlist isn't showing on your profile? In that case you also have to manually add it to your profile, in addition to making it public. You can do that by opening the playlist, then clicking on the three dots menu > Add to profile.

 

You can also make it so that all new playlists you create are automatically added to your profile by activating Publish my new playlists on my profile in the desktop app's Settings.

 

In case you meant something else, feel free to elaborate further so we can get a clear idea of what you were referring to.
