I can't seem to actually listen to music or podcasts

I open an album, but it tells me it's empty. I open a podcast, it tells me there are no episodes, old or new

Could you try this on other platforms like the Web Player, Desktop App, or Mobile App to confirm if this is happening everywhere?

You can also try switching from Wi-Fi to Mobile Network or vice-versa, and disable any VPN/DNS service to check if this is network related.
