We're sorry to learn about what happened to your card. We'll do our best to help.

 

So, keep in mind that the content you've saved in your account won't be affected if you've changed payment methods or Premium plan. Regardless of those kinds of changes, you'll be able to find your library untouched.

 

In that sense, just to confirm, are you not able to see the playlists you've saved before? It's possible you've logged in into a different account. You can follow the steps in this article to locate your Premium account.

 

If the above doesn't do the trick, and you've logged in to the right account, would you mind sharing with us more details of what exactly is happening on your side? Are you seeing your library empty or an error?
