I lost all my playlist while upgrading my account

I lost all my playlist while upgrading my account

I upgraded my account to Duo and now all my playlist/music have disappeared. But I can see they still exist when I click a link of a playlist I made. But my email and password are now to this empty account. HELP!

Thanks for reaching out.

If you don't see your music in your current account, it most probably means you've logged in and subscribed on a different profile than the one where your music is saved. In this case, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
