My Question or Issue

I did reset as factory my smartphone 2 times in a row, and the Spotify is counting the same reseted phone as "device with downloaded music". So I can't download any music. Disconnecting all devices doesn't work (it will remove these devices). What can I do?

If you're experiencing issues, have you tried using the "Sign Out Everywhere" feature? Visit https://www.spotify.com/us/account/sign-out-everywhere to log out from all devices.
This can often resolve login problems and provide a fresh start for accessing your Spotify account.

I tried this solution. But it's still warning me about my limit.

Well in that case, please get into contact with Customer Support to get your downloads deleted remotely.

Hope it helps.

I'll try. Thanks for helping me out.
