Its possible to automatically save songs from queue in playlist?

I like to listening musics from the queue, and sometimes I like the songs and want to save it in playlist.. I would like to know if it is possible to automatically add the songs played in queue to a playlist so I don't have to keep clicking to like and save in playlist.
