Last played artists feature not working

My Question or Issue

This issue was already brought up on 2019-07-04 by Wordflow, they were responded with ‘the tech team has been working on this backstage and it should now be fixed for everyone.’, keep up to date, refresh etc for it to work. 

The last played artists doesn’t work for me, it shows up for me when I’m logged in but when seeing my profile in incognito mode on browser, it just shows my 3 public playlist and that’s all.

My private session is off, both listening activity and recently played artists are on. I’ve turned those off and on, restarted the app, all the troubleshooting you could imagine. Is it possible that the issue from 2018-2019 is back? Can someone look into why last played artists doesn’t show up on my profile from incognito mode or from someone else’s perspective?
