My Question or Issue

Hi, I am a Premium User and I have less than 9000 songs on my library but I still can't download any other because it says I'm full. I have also tried deleting some songs but they actually don't even seems to be removed...I'm literally going crazy about this.

 

What can I do?

Thanks for giving us more info @quattrobanane!

 

In this case, it's also important to make sure that you've downloaded the desktop app from the Microsoft store.

 

Give your device a quick restart before you start the newly installed app.

 

In case the issue persists, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in on your computer and test this out to see if they get the same issue?

Could you try restarting your phone to see if that makes any difference for you?

 

If you still experience this, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache.

 

We'd recommend starting with following the steps here to clear the app's cache.

 

If the issue persists, it would be a good idea to perform a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here, but keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.

Hi Elena, thanks for the reply.

This issue is only on my computer, where my library doesn't get all the updates I make on my smartphone. If I remove a song on my smartphone it disappears but nothing seems to happen when I use it on my computer.
