Library is not showing up

My Question or Issue

I was trying to go to my library to look at my playlists and such and it says I haven't saved anything and I know I have because it shows up on every other device I own. I have factory reset my phone and it still will not show up. I have done everything possible and it just won't work. I will say though that when I put it in offline mode and then take it out of offline mode, it says no internet connection available but the front home screen shows up and I can even access some of my playlists from the home screen.

Please Help!
