how to remove downloads

hey y’all i got new phones and i’m trying to download for when i’m offline but it says to remove downloads from other devices but those have all already been reset completely and it’s still not working .. SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE

I think the issue might be related to the backend cache for your account. No need to worry about anything, it is easy to get this one sorted out. I would suggest you take the following steps:

• Visit Spotify Chat Support here
• Let them know your account email
• Tell them to clear your account's backend cache and reset downloads or you can also share a link to this answer they will understand.
• Log out and log in to your Apps
• Try downloading again
